• Accidents resulting from:

• alcohol or drug consumption,
• undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions

are excluded from coverage.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Always follow the instructions of our guides.
• Respect wildlife, plants, and the natural environment.
• Do not leave waste or disturb the ecosystems visited.
• Inform us before the activity of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds follow the rules set by the booking platform used (e.g. GetYourGuide).
• If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure, a new date or alternative arrangement will be offered.

5. Liability

• Participant safety is our top priority, and all measures are taken in accordance with applicable regulations.
• The customer acknowledges that nature-related activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions or safety rules.

6. Images and Audiovisual Material

• We may take photographs or videos during the activities for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in this material, please inform us in writing before the activity begins.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, specifically Gran Canaria.
• In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction will be the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless otherwise required by law.
